Le Pressoir (30 Blvd.de Grand Case, Grand Case, Saint Martin) – located on the north end of Grand Case’s restaurant row, and housed in a one-time 19th century beachside home, this is another fine French restaurant, serving dishes from Grilled beef filet-mignon in a camembert cheese sauce, to Grilled lobster tail with a light emulsion of lychee, Roasted free range guinea-hen stuffed with foie gras, onions marmelad, and desserts like Crème brulée with fresh vanilla & raspberries.
