The Dove

The Dove (67 Main Street, Road Town, Tortola) — featuring Asian and French fusion haute cuisine in a 1912 “gingerbread” cottage, The Dove Restaurant offers Thai curry prawns, delicious Dove Steak and great Chilean sea bass.  As a warm-up, diners can enjoy the complimentary amuse bouche (a single, bite-sized hors d’oeuvre such as fennel topped with shredded rabbit confit served on a Chinese soup spoon.  Other appetizers or tapas include soft-shell crab and asparagus and shitake crispy pot stickers.  For dessert, there’s homemade ice cream and chocolate soufflé.
